I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest in a commercial fishing family. After running a gillnetter in the San Juan Islands for 17 years and working as an industrial designer where I did commercial aircraft interiors, I retired in 2006 to Lopez Island. I currently live at Chandlers Square in Anacortes.
On Lopez I took up watercolor painting. I have exhibited locally and nationally have been in the in the Foss Tugboat Calendar and in the ASMA show in Oxnard, California. I was also in the “Little Gems” show at the Scott/Milo Gallery in Anacortes where I won second place. I exhibit at Windswept Gallery on Lopez Island.
