For the last 17 years I have been creating both functional and sculptured wood pieces. I specialize in letting the wood itself drive the final shape as the moisture when I turn the piece slowly evorates. The different grain patterns, tensions, etc. push and pull the wood to make a truely unique shape. All of my functional pieces are finished in a pure walnut oil and are food safe.
